Job Summary

United Church Homes, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Manager to lead and manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior healthcare financial management, preferably in a nonprofit setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire financial wheelhouse, including payroll, reporting, auditing, and compliance.
  • Utilize expertise in Workday and other related systems to streamline financial processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support organizational growth and sustainability.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the revenue lifecycle in senior living and healthcare services.

Requirements

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership role in senior healthcare financial management, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
  • Proven ability to manage complex organizations with multiple service lines and companies.
  • Strong leadership and political acumen to navigate a diverse organization and bring groups together.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday, and other ERP systems.
