Ensures adherence to regulations and the accuracy of information through thorough review.

Utilizes specialized software systems for diverse tasks and offers technical support to the section. Remains informed on pertinent regulations and policies, ensuring alignment within the section.

Job Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited high school or GED program. A minimum of four years of experience or 60 college credit hours. Experience in customer service is advantageous.

Special Requirements:

Typing speed of 35 wpm or 70 kspm, proficiency in computer applications, and familiarity with word processing software. Candidates must successfully complete skill assessments designated by the department. Ability to follow instructions, organize work, and collaborate effectively.

Juvenile Department:

Role involves working with juveniles in challenging situations, necessitating a high level of emotional resilience.

Physical/Environmental Requirements:

Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs. unassisted.
