We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Elle Seller. As the backbone of our office, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate schedules and manage communication to ensure seamless workflow
  • Maintain organized and efficient office systems to enhance productivity
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Handle incoming communications, such as phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses
  • Support special projects and initiatives as directed by management or team leads
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
