Talent Acquisition Data Analyst Role Overview


We are seeking an exceptional data analytics expert to join our team in shaping the strategic direction of our talent analytics. This pivotal role will provide insights that influence long-term decisions, driving business growth and success.



Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for our talent analytics organization to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Extract, validate, manage, and define data from various sources (e.g., Greenhouse) in our People Analytics tool to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Deliver critical data insights for our annual Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) and collaborate with the Talent Enablement team to define audit cadences for SOX and OFCCP compliance.
  • Analyze Talent Acquisition data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and support recruiting strategies, ultimately driving business results.
  • Collaborate closely with leaders to understand data requirements and deliver standardized reports and dashboards that inform decision-making.
  • Cultivate a culture of storytelling with data within the Talent department, crafting narratives that drive strategic decision-making and drive business impact.
  • Develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) and workflows for People Analytics to enhance collaboration, clarity, and efficiency with stakeholders.
  • Promote the democratization of data and adoption across the Talent function, ensuring all team members have access to necessary analytics and training resources to perform their roles effectively.


Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in a Talent Analytics or equivalent Data Analyst role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  2. Proficiency in SQL with proven experience in manipulation and analysis to extract actionable insights.
  3. Extensive Talent Analytics domain knowledge, with a deep understanding of front-end transactions and workflows users conduct in systems such as an ATS or CRM.
  4. Experience working with Greenhouse Analytics and the Greenhouse BI Connector to leverage data for informed decision-making.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, with a focus on People-specific BI tools (e.g., Visier, OneModel, Tableau, Power BI).
  6. Bonus qualifications include experience with Python or R for advanced data analytics, excellent communication skills, and experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary range of $122,000-$260,000, based on location and experience.
