At Scale AI, Inc., we are accelerating the development of AI applications and driving innovation in the field. With a strong focus on technical talent acquisition, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Technical Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our GenAI Engineering hiring efforts.

Talent Acquisition Overview

This role is critical in leading recruiting-related goals around headcount attainment and efficiency for functional areas, including hitting headcount and funnel conversion targets, building and being accountable for hitting recruiting OKRs, reporting on recruiting progress, and more.

  • Develop comprehensive technical recruiting strategies aligned with company growth objectives and drive results through data-driven metrics and analytics.
  • Lead, set clear guidelines, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve exceptional hiring outcomes.
  • Design and optimize recruiting processes, including candidate experience, interview methodologies, and assessment techniques to enhance the overall quality of hires.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand evolving talent needs and skill requirements.

You will have:

  • 7+ years of Technical Recruiting experience, with at least 2-4 years in a management role, with a proven track record of recruiting for complex technical roles in software engineering, AI, Machine Learning.
  • Strong understanding of technical job markets, compensation trends, and talent acquisition strategies, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Compensation: $175,000 - $225,000 per year, equity and benefits included.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (nice to have).
  • Experience recruiting in AI, machine learning, or high-growth technology companies (nice to have).
  • Demonstrated success in scaling recruiting teams (nice to have).
  • Proficiency in recruiting technologies and ATS systems (nice to have).
