Position Overview:
The Human Resources Leader is accountable for executing HR-related functions for our organization. This role collaborates closely with management and the HR team to ensure effective personnel management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment initiatives for all staff and temporary roles, including partnerships with educational institutions and government programs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters.
- Design and implement training programs while maintaining comprehensive training documentation.
- Administer various HR plans and procedures for all personnel; assist in formulating and enforcing HR policies.
- Manage benefits administration as required.
- Propose innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency and service delivery.
- Collaborate with HR Leaders across all company locations to share best practices.
- Maintain accurate human resource information system records and generate reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.

- Proficient in computer systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
