Position Overview:

The Human Resources Leader is accountable for executing HR-related functions for our organization. This role collaborates closely with management and the HR team to ensure effective personnel management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment initiatives for all staff and temporary roles, including partnerships with educational institutions and government programs.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters.
  • Design and implement training programs while maintaining comprehensive training documentation.
  • Administer various HR plans and procedures for all personnel; assist in formulating and enforcing HR policies.
  • Manage benefits administration as required.
  • Propose innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with HR Leaders across all company locations to share best practices.
  • Maintain accurate human resource information system records and generate reports as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
