We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team at DelDOT as a State Human Resource Administrator. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the administration of the online hiring system and maintain recruitment programs
- Oversee the daily operations of the Talent Acquisition team and develop policies and procedures
- Collaborate with community partners and advertisers to market employment opportunities
- Provide technical guidance and support to employees and management on human resource-related matters
- Interpret and ensure compliance with state and federal laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures
- Conduct research and analysis to inform human resource decisions and develop reports
- Participate in meetings and presentations to communicate human resource information
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Four years of professional human resource experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years of experience in providing subject matter expertise and developing human resource policies and procedures
- One year of experience in human resource management and operations management
- One year of experience in strategic planning and analysis
- Statewide Human Resource Certification or professional human resource certification
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
