Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist is a key member of our team, responsible for the day-to-day administration of HR policies and programs. This role involves performing duties at a professional level in various functional areas, including employee relations, training, employee communications and engagement, performance management, recruitment and staffing, law compliance, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
• Handles employee & labor relations by investigating, resolving, and communicating employee questions, issues, concerns, and grievances.
• Develops and implements performance management initiatives to drive high expectations with assigned client groups.
• Collaborates with business leaders and hiring managers to drive staffing plans and improve DI&B efforts across the organization.
• Partners with Learning & Development Academy leaders on all function initiatives, including specific requirements for the function/BU.
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals and ability to collaborate with all areas within HR, including talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, benefits, L&D, and DEI&B.
• Excellent planning skills, ability to work consistently within established guidelines, and prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong eye for business, project management, and technical proficiency in workplace technology and systems, such as Workday and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrable track record of communicating effectively with senior leadership and other key customers through data and insights.
