Responsibilities

Support all levels of users, including Portfolio Managers and Executives, on day-to-day end user requests, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.

Administer platforms such as Active Directory, Mobile Devices, Office 365, Cisco Devices, and other applications/hardware platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in Desktop Support within the Financial Services industry, with a strong background in IT infrastructure management.

Experience working with Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Operating Systems, and Mobile Device Management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support services.

BA Degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
