Job Summary

Gulfeagle Supply is a leading distributor of residential and commercial roofing and building products with over 75 locations nationwide. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and other team members, ensuring the smooth operation of the branch office.
  • Manage all administrative functions, including correspondence, purchasing, and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
  • Operate and maintain office machines and equipment, including manual checkbook, petty cash, and incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Answer telephone calls, transfer calls to appropriate personnel, and record messages.
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate person or providing assistance as needed.
  • Perform various filing, data entry, and clerical duties as assigned by branch management.
Requirements
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to efficiently handle a large number of administrative duties with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to utilize various computer programs, including word processing, spreadsheet software, and other office applications.
  • Knowledge of office methods, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment in making decisions.
  • Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships as part of a team effort with employees and customers.
Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two (2) years' experience in general office practices.
  • Knowledge of roofing and building products is a plus.
