We are currently seeking a dedicated and career-focused Technical Project Leadership Manager to become part of our team. This role is pivotal in managing significant projects that drive digital transformation and modernization efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the budget, timeline, and performance metrics of extensive Technical Direction Letter (TDL) initiatives, ensuring alignment with the established Technical Direction Plan (TDP).
- Deliver insights, status updates, and both formal and informal evaluations to management regarding all project dimensions, including technical risk assessments and strategies for program enhancement.
- Coordinate and organize activities with various Functional Specialists, encompassing contracting, engineering, program control, configuration management, testing, and logistics support.
- Formulate, implement, and track risk management strategies to address potential issues, applying systems engineering principles for a structured approach to TDL projects.
- Engage with stakeholders to determine and prioritize essential technical data for TDL planning, facilitating processes for accessing, updating, and disseminating technical direction as necessary.
- Provide expertise in system planning and market analysis, reviewing engineering documents and offering technical insights for program, project, and Systems Engineering Management Plans. Participate in program-level review boards and deliver project status presentations to stakeholders.
- Report to the Mission Engagement Regional Manager III, ensuring high-quality project work, mentoring team members, and addressing cost and schedule concerns with relevant management.
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of nine (9) years of relevant experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree, with additional experience considered in lieu of formal education:
- Four (4) years of additional experience with a High School diploma; two (2) years with an Associate's degree.
- A Master's degree may substitute for two (2) years of experience; a Ph.D. may substitute for four (4) years.
- Five (5) years of experience specific to the position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of relevant industry certifications such as Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP).
Clearance Requirements:
- Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
- The individual in this role must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time and occasionally move within the office environment to access resources and communicate with colleagues.
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $128,100-$181,900, influenced by factors such as relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and educational background.
