Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Project Manager to join our team at The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors. Gather and document project requirements from stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project risks and implement necessary actions to mitigate them.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Conduct testing to ensure project deliverables meet functional and usability expectations.
  • Team Orientation and Leadership: Promote a team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing. Motivate and manage the project team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience managing technology projects.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for conveying complex issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Skilled in data analysis to drive decisions and optimize project outcomes.
