We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our technical teams and drive the development and execution of our technical projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud services, with a focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS). They will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget while meeting the highest standards of quality.

The Senior Technical Project Manager will also play a key role in developing and implementing technical strategies to support the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to support business objectives.
  • Support the implementation of internal technical solutions and internal technical environment.
  • Lead organization structures such as CMMI, process improvements.
  • Lead and Support AWS and Cloud Initiatives.
  • Provide management duties to PMs of technical projects.
  • Provide and lead technical architectural discussions in support of proposals and partners.
  • Proactive (strategic thinking coupled with anticipation skills).
  • Able to assert influence in a strategic and effective manner.
  • Master of time management (quick-paced; at the ready; capable of executing multiple efforts simultaneously).
  • Demonstrates leadership and initiative.
  • Demonstrates exceptional stress management skills.
  • Capable of maintaining professionalism under pressure.
  • Possesses strong emotional intelligence.

Requirements:

  • 6 years of demonstrable experience as a Technical Project Manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Master's degree strongly preferred.
  • An AWS Certification is highly desired and will be given strong preference. Demonstrates a clear understanding of the AWS platform and its services, which is crucial for this role.
