**Job Summary**

System One is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee broadcast capital refresh projects from vendor award through implementation. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with vendors and in-house personnel to maximize resources and efficiencies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Analyze economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return on-investment standards.
  • Monitor costs against budget.
  • Document information about projects and save documents, according to client requirements.
  • Present comprehensive reports and proper documentation.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes and save Minutes, according to client requirements.
  • Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.

**Requirements**

  • Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Expert level in Microsoft Products - especially EXCEL.
  • Ability to support information security, identity management and entitlement provisioning projects.
  • Competence with project management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate change management.
  • Strong oral and written skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in high-pressure environment.

**Education & Experience**

  • Bachelor's degree in broadcast media, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' Project Manager experience - PMP Preferred -
  • In place of PMP, certified ScrumMaster may apply.
  • Minimum three years management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions.
