Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Pastry Cook who is passionate about dessert production and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry techniques, experience in high-volume restaurants, and a keen eye for detail in plating.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production of high-quality desserts, ice cream, and pastries
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the pastry team to ensure seamless execution of desserts and pastries

Requirements

  • 1+ years of pastry experience in reputable high-volume restaurants
  • Strong passion for classic techniques and impeccable execution
  • Experience in dessert, ice cream, and pastry production
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail in plating
