Position Overview:
Are you passionate about travel and eager to connect with customers through captivating communications? Expedia Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic CRM professional to join our Traveler Engagement and Loyalty team.

The Senior Marketing Specialist will be accountable for executing email campaigns, push notifications, in-product placements, and landing pages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the creation and implementation of global marketing campaigns for Expedia and VRBO brands.
- Highlight the significance of our rewards program, which serves 145 million members across our brands.
- Identify marketing opportunities by gaining insights into our travelers through analytics, testing, self-service data exploration, and performance tools.
- Plan and execute campaigns that span multiple teams.

Campaign Development:
- Conduct A/B testing with clear hypotheses and objectives.
- Brief a dedicated Production team on the requirements for building your campaign within our advanced communications platform.
- Ensure campaigns are constructed to high standards and meet traveler experience expectations.
- Analyze campaign performance using self-service tools like Tableau.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CRM role, ideally within the e-commerce or online marketing sectors.
- Proven ability to collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively across teams and partners.
- Attention to detail in managing complex projects and time-sensitive initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Jira, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools is advantageous.

Compensation:
The total cash range for this position varies based on location and individual qualifications. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their compensation based on ongoing performance.
