Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
  • Channel Management: Manage and optimize marketing channels, including email, social media, and content marketing, to ensure maximum ROI and customer engagement.
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns, to engage and educate customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and report on marketing performance, including metrics such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates, to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and channel management.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, including email marketing software and social media management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with A/B Testing: Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize marketing campaigns and improve customer engagement.
  • Experience with Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis and reporting to inform marketing strategies and measure campaign performance.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation tools, including email marketing software and social media management tools.
