Senior Marketing Segment Specialist


Are you passionate about travel and eager to engage customers through captivating communications? WORK180 USA is seeking a dedicated and motivated CRM expert to join our Traveler Engagement and Loyalty team.

The Senior Marketing Segment Specialist will play a key role in executing email campaigns, push notifications, in-product placements, and landing pages.


You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Analytics, Creative, and Production & Capability, to craft compelling marketing initiatives that facilitate the journey from browsing to booking and enhance cross-selling and upselling opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement global marketing campaigns for various brands.

• Communicate the significance of our rewards program, which serves millions of members across our brands.

• Identify potential campaign opportunities by gaining insights into our travelers through analysis, testing, and performance tools.

• Plan and coordinate campaigns that involve multiple teams.

• Conduct A/B testing with clear hypotheses and objectives.

• Collaborate with a specialized Production team to outline requirements for your campaigns within our advanced communication platform.

• Ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard, meeting the expectations of our travelers.

• Analyze campaign performance using self-service tools like Tableau.

Who You Are:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CRM role, ideally within the e-commerce or online marketing sectors.

• Strong ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams to design innovative marketing campaigns.

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and partners.

• Detail-oriented with a proven track record in managing complex projects and time-sensitive initiatives.

• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Jira, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools is advantageous.
