We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lexington, KY.

About the Role:

  • This part-time position involves providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
  • You will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • A strong understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet clients with a smile and provide them with outstanding customer service.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
  3. Schedule future patients and set up electronic medical records, including scanning documents as needed.
  4. Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
  5. Accept and distribute letters and packages to their respective departments.
  6. Monitor and forward emails, keeping track of important communications.
  7. Order office equipment and supplies, ensuring we have everything needed to operate efficiently.
  8. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Familiarity with MS Office programs and basic bookkeeping practices.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
