Manning Personnel Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO of our Lexington office. The ideal candidate will be a professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling confidential information.
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and car services.
  • Manage expense reports and ensure timely submission.
  • Plan and coordinate high-level meetings, including preparing materials, arranging catering, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Schedule and coordinate weekly meetings with senior professionals.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of previous administrative experience supporting senior professionals
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with staff and board members

The salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
