Position Overview:

This role is Contract to Hire and Open to Remote, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones.

Manager's Insights:

We are seeking a highly proficient individual in project management tasks, with a strong preference for familiarity with cloud-based tools and applications such as Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and FiveTran, along with an understanding of internal processes and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

The primary objective is to develop and oversee project assignments until completion, effectively communicate outcomes, provide management recommendations, and deliver training as necessary.


Essential Duties:
  • Identify necessary resources and conduct thorough research on project data, procedures, and historical context to ensure clear project direction.
  • Generate and analyze statistical reports related to project performance.
  • Develop, prepare, and manage comprehensive project plans through to completion.
  • Communicate progress updates to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve issues that may arise, particularly those involving clients.
  • Facilitate the transition of programs to management personnel.
  • Engage in oral presentations and provide training to management and colleagues as required.

Additional Responsibilities:

Perform other assigned duties and support the organization's quality initiatives. Travel may be required.


Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited institution is preferred. Coursework in Computer Sciences is also advantageous.

Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required, including at least three (3) years in project management, office operations management, managed care, insurance-related fields, or statistical analysis. Supervisory experience is preferred.


Skills and Knowledge:
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant field procedures or insurance-related processes and managed care systems.
  • Strong project management expertise.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Demonstrated leadership, management, and motivational skills.
  • Strong analytical and interpretive abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Capable of meeting or exceeding performance competencies.

Auditory/Visual Requirements:
