Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited institution is preferred. Coursework in Computer Science is also advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and experience is required, including at least three (3) years in project management, office operations management, managed care, insurance-related fields, or statistical analysis. Supervisory experience is preferred.

Skills & Expertise

- Comprehensive understanding of relevant field procedures or insurance-related protocols and/or managed care systems and operations.
- Proficient in project management methodologies.
- Strong background in statistical analysis.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other PC applications.
- Leadership, management, and motivational capabilities.
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Capability to meet or exceed performance standards.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

To oversee and manage project assignments from inception to completion, effectively communicating outcomes, making informed recommendations to management, and providing necessary training.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify necessary resources and conduct thorough research on project data, procedures, and historical context to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives.
- Generate and analyze statistical reports related to project performance.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive project plans through to successful completion.
- Communicate progress updates to all stakeholders involved.
- Address and resolve issues that may arise, particularly those involving clients, when appropriate.
- Facilitate the transition of programs to management personnel.
- Participate in oral presentations as required.
- Design and deliver training sessions for management and colleagues as necessary.
