Position Overview:

This role is Contract to Hire and Open to Remote, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones.

Manager's Note:

Seeking an individual with exceptional project management skills; familiarity with cloud technologies and applications (such as Snowflake, Azure, AWS, FiveTran, etc.) is highly desirable; knowledge of internal processes and procedures is a plus.


Primary Objective:

To oversee and manage project assignments from inception to completion; to effectively communicate outcomes; to provide management with actionable recommendations; and to deliver training as necessary.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify necessary resources and conduct thorough research on project data, procedures, and historical context to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives.
  • Generate and analyze statistical reports to inform project direction.
  • Develop, prepare, and manage comprehensive project plans through to successful completion.
  • Communicate progress updates to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any issues that may arise, particularly those involving clients.
  • Facilitate the transition of programs to management personnel.
  • Engage in oral presentations as required.
  • Provide training and support to management and colleagues as needed.

Additional Duties:

Perform other assigned tasks. Contribute to the organization's quality initiatives. Travel may be required.


Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited institution is preferred. Coursework in Computer Sciences is also advantageous.

Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required, including at least three (3) years in project management, office operations management, managed care, insurance-related fields, or statistical analysis. Supervisory experience is preferred.


Skills & Knowledge:
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant field procedures or insurance-related processes and/or managed care systems.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Demonstrated leadership, management, and motivational skills.
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Capable of meeting or exceeding performance expectations.

Work Environment:

Physical: Involves computer keyboarding and travel as necessary.

Auditory/Visual: Requires hearing, vision, and verbal communication.
