Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations of our Wastewater Treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Staff Supervision: Directly supervise a team of Wastewater Treatment Operators, providing guidance and support to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facilities.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the scheduling and execution of maintenance and repair activities, ensuring the facilities are operating at optimal levels.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of the treated wastewater, ensuring it meets or exceeds regulatory standards.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Generate reports and maintain records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Wastewater Treatment operations.
  • Experience: Proven experience in Wastewater Treatment operations, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
