Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at YESCO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing new and existing client bases, achieving sales quotas, and maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct sales presentations to new and existing customers to grow the client base and achieve sales quotas.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to identify new sales opportunities and close deals.
- Utilize sales management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Actively manage call schedules to cover assigned territories in a time-efficient manner.
- Perform other functions as necessary or as assigned.
- 3 years of direct work experience in an external sales capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
- Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
- Past experience in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, call control, account development, and time management.
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Previous sign experience preferred and which include a working knowledge of the materials and finishes used in construction.
- Understanding of local codes associated with on-premise advertising.
