Job Title: Payment Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payment Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing payment transactions with the utmost attention to service quality, data security, and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead new members worldwide through initiation and Know Your Business (KYB) procedures.
  • Introduce and drive cutting-edge payment features.
  • Offer payment assistance and resolve transactional issues.
  • Provide swift resolutions and valuable insights to relevant teams for development and delivery.
  • Assist internal teams with payment development, aiming for operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering teams, and external partners to troubleshoot and address payment issues systematically.
  • Ensure a seamless transaction experience.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of payment systems through strategic automation.
Requirements:
  • Three years of experience in electronic payments or compliance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Rich history of cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Product, Finance, Legal, CX, and Engineering.
  • Proven track record in spearheading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Robust problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills to bridge cultural divides and operate across different time zones.
  • Customer-focused and strategic mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience in establishing and monitoring key metrics.
  • Proactive in independently identifying and addressing issues.
  • Adaptive to change with ease and committed to continuous learning and development.
