Job Title: Business Relationship Manager

At Diverse Lynx LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at our clients, including Directors, Senior Directors, and VPs.
  • Understand our clients' business landscapes, priorities, pain points, and opportunities for optimization, improvement, and transformation.
  • Contextualize and combine our services and solutions to meet client needs and own the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Generate demand through various workshops, cold calls, thought leadership articles, and other marketing activities.
  • Develop proactive proposals, responses to RFPs and RFIs, and manage financial aspects, including invoicing, margins, and payments.
  • Own the governance process with clients, procurement, and compliance organizations.
  • Build a culture of innovation with our clients and internal teams.
  • Act as a mentor for our service delivery team.
Requirements:
  • 15-20 years of experience in Card & Payments IT sales, including B2B Payments, Merchant Services, and Data portfolio.
  • Strong sales and revenue generation skills, with a deep understanding of customer business landscapes, priorities, pain points, and opportunities for optimization, improvement, and transformation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Proven ability to develop proactive proposals, respond to RFPs and RFIs, and manage financial aspects, including invoicing, margins, and payments.
  • Ability to generate demand through various workshops, cold calls, thought leadership articles, and other marketing activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA in Marketing and Sales.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
