As a key member of our sales leadership team, you'll drive growth and revenue across our strategic accounts, leveraging your expertise to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales strategy and team performance, ensuring maximum revenue growth and attainment of corporate objectives.
  • Develop deep customer insights and build strong relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sales strategies, drive customer engagement, and expand market share.
  • Manage sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely execution of sales plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of business sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the Fortune 500 segment.
  • 7-10 years of experience in the wireless industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
  • 4-7 years of people management experience in a sales environment, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of salesforce.com, MS Office Suite, and T-Mobile tools and systems.
