We are a rapidly-growing law practice seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales potential by effectively screening and filtering potential new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Screening and Filtering: Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and ensuring they feel seen and heard.
  • Case Management: Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files.
  • Office Administration: Take charge of various office tasks such as document management, data organization, and research to ensure our firm runs at peak efficiency.
  • Client Streams: Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team.
  • Attorney Scheduling: Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish is preferred.
  • Customer Service or Sales Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency. Familiarity with case management and CRM systems is a bonus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically is a must.
  • Previous Legal Experience: Previous legal experience is highly valued.
