Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in all phases of family law litigation, from pleadings and discovery to settlement negotiations, trials, and post-judgment matters.
  • Develop and implement case strategies tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, paralegals, and support staff to ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by providing compassionate, responsive, and results-driven legal service.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland, with experience in family law litigation and negotiation.
  • Proven track record of success in litigation and negotiation, with a strong understanding of family law statutes and precedents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent and advocate for clients in and out of the courtroom.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.
