Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to become a Territory Sales Manager - Veterans Affairs for Coloplast, a leading medical device company. As a successful sales professional, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives, cultivating business partnerships, and driving market share growth in the VA Health System. Your expertise will enable you to understand customer needs, develop and execute sales strategies, and retain and grow business within the current customer base.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory sales objectives.
  • Cultivate business partnerships with key decision makers, including clinical, financial, and other key stakeholders.
  • Understand customer needs, including challenges and opportunities for Coloplast, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Utilize sales reports, educational materials, and other tools to maximize sales growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in the medical field, preferably within the VA Health System.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with ability to travel 50-70% of the time.
