Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Services Account Manager to join our team at Warren Equipment Company. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, collecting open trade invoices, and providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and collect open trade invoices to ensure timely payment and positive cash flow.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues associated with invoice collections and customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their financial needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a credit or financial services role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
