Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Care Center/Call Center Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be the voice of our credit union, providing exceptional service to our members through phone, chat, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls, chats, and other member inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Build positive relationships with members through each interaction
  • Perform troubleshooting, problem-solving, and maintenance of member accounts
  • Assist members with basic banking tasks, such as processing withdrawal requests and checking deposits
  • Educate members on our products and services, including current savings and consumer loan rates and terms
  • Utilize a consultative approach to uncover needs and cross-sell financial products
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Good computer and software aptitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
Work Schedule

Our call center is open from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Shifts would be during those hours.
