About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Route Sales Representative to join our team at Alsco Uniforms. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting our customers' needs through up-selling and cross-selling, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solicit new customers and ensure a profitable product mix
  • Actively participate in promotions and contests, training, and audits
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer service and sales
  • Ensure customer loyalty and retention through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle and maintain vehicle cleanliness
  • Handle and process customer payments and maintain accurate route paperwork
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to comprehend and follow direction
  • Good time management skills and team player
  • High school graduation or similar experience
