  • Market Pricing and Job Evaluation: Conduct market pricing and job evaluation studies to ensure that our compensation programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Compensation Surveys and Analysis: Participate in and analyze compensation surveys to benchmark our organization's pay practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Wage and Hour Compliance: Ensure that our compensation programs are compliant with federal and state wage and hour laws and regulations.
  • Communication and Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that managers and employees understand our compensation programs and policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in compensation analysis or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Working knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS systems.
  • Certifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
