Patient Access Representative II

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative II to join our team at Conifer Revenue Cycle Solutions. As a key member of our patient access team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient registration process for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Collect and verify patient demographic information, including insurance and financial data.
- Process patient registrations, including scheduling appointments and preparing necessary documentation.
- Work closely with healthcare providers and staff to ensure accurate and timely registration of patients.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to resolve patient and provider issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree preferred.
- 0-1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong typing skills (35 wpm minimum) and proficiency in PC/CRT/printer software.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry practices a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy.
