Job Summary

Conifer Health Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient registration, scheduling, and pre-admission functions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collect and verify patient demographic information, insurance details, and other relevant data.
  • Employ effective communication and negotiation skills to collect patient liabilities and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • 0-1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting; administrative experience in medical facilities or health insurance preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, with occasional lifting and standing.
