The Regional Sales Executive plays a crucial role in promoting innovative product technologies and delivering clinical and technical insights to healthcare professionals and their patients to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a strategic business plan for the territory, ensuring sales goals are met.
- Exhibit expertise in product knowledge, business strategies, and effective sales methodologies.
- Conduct educational training sessions for clients.
- Inform healthcare providers on the correct application of products in clinical settings.
- Engage with decision-makers in facilities to secure product usage approvals.
- Educate healthcare professionals on patient care pathways.
- Comprehend and convey the pricing and reimbursement landscape relevant to the products.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years in outside sales or sales management, specifically in medical devices.
- Preference for candidates with operating room experience and success in introducing new therapies.
- Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of medical technology sales, territory management, and customer relationship strategies.
- Experience engaging with hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
- Ability to navigate challenging reimbursement environments.
- Experience in practice development, working with physicians to enhance referral networks.
