The Regional Sales Executive plays a crucial role in promoting innovative product technologies and delivering clinical and technical insights to healthcare professionals and their patients to meet sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement a strategic business plan for the territory, ensuring sales goals are met.
  • Exhibit expertise in product knowledge, business strategies, and effective sales methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years in outside sales or sales management, specifically in medical devices.
  • Preference for candidates with operating room experience and success in introducing new therapies.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of medical technology sales, territory management, and customer relationship strategies.
  • Experience engaging with hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
  • Ability to navigate challenging reimbursement environments.
  • Experience in practice development, working with physicians to enhance referral networks.
  • Physical capability to perform job functions, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
