Job Summary

**Job Title:** Facility Operations Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Manager to join our team at Russo Power Equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring that all divisions are functioning at company standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that individual divisions are functioning at company standards
  • Directly oversee staff and all divisions within the facility and help them reach internal goals
  • Working with supervisors to train new staff and retain current staff
  • Assist in delegating daily, weekly, monthly scheduling and workload among staff
  • Develop a rapport with manufacture representatives
  • Maintain current customer relationships and develop new customers
  • Manage visual standards/housekeeping within store and specific divisions
  • The hiring, terminating, scheduling and reviewing of staff
  • Responsible for the financial health of the store, including but not limited to: overtime, profit margins, inventory cycle management, internal uses, etc.
  • Training and mentoring staff
  • Setting sales and corporate goals with department directors
  • Other tasks as defined by executive management
Requirements:
  • 3 years minimum of management or supervisory experience
  • 5 year minimum of sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree is a preferred but not required
