We're seeking a highly skilled Action Line Sales Manager/TO to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving company success through sales performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with sales management staff and senior sales leadership to integrate sales philosophies, strategies, and techniques into the sales process.
  • Lead mentoring and training of sales team members to improve sales performance, including one-on-one counseling, classroom modules, ride-along, role-playing, and providing study materials.
  • Facilitate the use of innovative training systems and methods to optimize sales efficiencies and exceed targeted net sales volume.
  • Promote and support all aspects of the company culture, including core values, compliance, and professional excellence.
  • Plan and facilitate morning meetings for Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, and managers.
  • Improve business results, customer experience, efficiencies, and cash down payment at the point of sale.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory position within sales.
  • 3+ years of working with sales teams in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a branded hospitality company, preferably in timeshare sales.
  • Valid Arizona Real Estate license.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
