Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Gallery Coordinator. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external customers, supporting the Sales and Marketing Departments, and performing various tasks to ensure a smooth and consistent experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track daily attendance and training attendance.
  • Set and update sales executive rotations daily.
  • Check in guests and owners for sales presentations and assign sales executives.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate employee or department.
  • Take inventory and stock kitchen supplies.
  • Coordinate transportation for guests and owners.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous customer service experience.
