Job Title: Senior Marketing Communications Manager

Signal is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Communications Manager to lead and manage communication strategies that drive engagement for our growing franchise network.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of marketing communications, franchise models, and multi-unit business operations. The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive communication plans, oversee content creation, and ensure consistent messaging across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage communication plans that drive engagement for key events and align with Signal's business goals and franchise needs.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content across multiple channels, including emails, newsletters, presentations, and more.
  • Act as the primary communications liaison between the home office and franchise network, providing communication toolkits, guidelines, and templates to ensure brand-aligned messaging.
  • Lead event communication strategies from start to finish, ensuring our franchisees and customers stay engaged before, during, and after each major event.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with leadership, marketing, operations, and franchise teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Measure and optimize the effectiveness of communication efforts using relevant tools and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing communications, with at least three years in a leadership role.
  • Experience working with franchise models or multi-unit business models is a plus.
  • Proficiency with communications platforms, such as HubSpot or other CRMs.
  • Proven track record of successful communications strategies for events, meetings, and network-wide initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with creative and content teams to bring communications strategies to life.
