Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the campaign development team to meet customer acquisition and paid lead appointment targets for franchisees.
  • Identify, assess, and develop partnerships with new vendor partners to drive paid lead appointments and maximize ROI for franchisees.
  • Design and implement a brand-level opt-in process for campaigns, coordinating with vendors to ensure pricing and delivery.
  • Create and maintain a SharePoint resource library to support franchisees with campaign best practices and tools.
  • Collaborate with brand, marketing, and creative teams to drive successful campaign outcomes and ensure full project completion.
  • Develop and present comprehensive channel performance reports, using data insights to guide strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.
  • Minimum of seven (7) or more years of general marketing experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) or more years of marketing leadership experience with track record of success.
  • Previous Home Service experience in either, roofing, HVAC, painting, glass installation, spray foam installation, window coverings, lawn care, lighting installation.
  • Capacity to manage and prioritize various projects and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, outstanding training acumen, with exceptional negotiation & leadership skills.
  • Previous franchise experience preferred.
