Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and approve all aspects of the digital enrollment strategy, including ad investment, SEO, web content, email marketing, and social media.
  • Collaborate with University Marketing and Communications to ensure consistency with overall brand and messaging.
  • Engage with faculty and staff to enhance the digital presence in the recruitment process of students.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and marketing professionals across the University as part of Enrollment Management.
Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Experience investing large sums of money on a monthly basis and pivoting spend to achieve desired enrollment objectives.
  • Experience in digital strategy and creating plans.
  • Experience managing agency partners.
  • Experience in higher education enrollment marketing preferred.
  • Experience with Slate and Tableau preferred.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging digital strategies, digital platforms, campaign report tools, and optimization levers.
  • Ability to integrate web, social, email, SEO, and ad placement strategies to achieve desired enrollment outcomes.
  • Knowledge of digital campaign setup, tagging, and tracking.
  • A passion for numbers, data, statistics, and thinking through the 'why' behind performance metrics.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to create marketing reports/presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and proactively.
