Omni Inclusive is on the lookout for a Senior Business Systems Consultant who has a proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing system functionality, and addressing incidents.

The perfect candidate will merge technical expertise with business acumen to assist us in adapting to changing technologies and organizational demands.

You will join a team of DevOps specialists and fellow business systems consultants dedicated to ensuring operational excellence for critical applications.

To qualify for this role, applicants must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents with a minimum of three years of legal residency.

Senior Business Systems Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate the scope and objectives of computer systems through thorough research and analysis of departmental business systems and industry standards.
  • Assess business and user requirements, document specifications, and modify existing systems and software as needed to support the business landscape.
  • Provide intermediate technical or production support and manage the maintenance and installation of software programs, computer systems, and enhancements.
  • Organize, coordinate, and execute related software, system, and end-user testing.
  • Diagnose moderately complex technical challenges and issues.
  • Address requests for information, including the development of moderately complex ad-hoc reports and queries in databases and/or management information systems.
  • Offer analytical support to department leadership for business planning and decision-making.
  • Create and update procedures, define processes, and deliver training for users and staff.
  • Act as a liaison and coordinate business application improvements and/or software updates with departmental, bank, FRS, and/or federal agency personnel.
  • Serve as the primary contact for resolving user support challenges to ensure efficient operations.
  • Engage in departmental and FRS information systems and related projects.
To be considered for the Senior Business Systems Consultant level, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field AND eight (8) years of analytical experience in an information technology setting OR
Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field AND six (6) years of analytical experience in an information technology setting. The following skills and experience are essential and required:

  • Profound understanding of cloud-native technologies and DevOps tools, ensuring seamless system integration and operation.
  • Exceptional capability to troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues in a high-pressure environment, maintaining system reliability.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication between developers, operations personnel, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in real-time monitoring and optimization of cloud resources to enhance system efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Diligent in enforcing security best practices and regulatory compliance within cloud infrastructure.

Onsite work is a fundamental aspect of this position, and you are expected to be in the office 1 day per week for meetings and team collaboration, unless directed otherwise by your supervisor.
