  • Collaborate with Product leadership and HRIS to refine the HR Portfolio and roadmap.
  • Engage with business partners to assess requirements, plan initiatives, and ensure effective project execution.
  • Act as a top-tier internal consultant, optimizing HR technical and business processes for improved efficiency.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing, ensuring comprehensive documentation of test scenarios and cases.
  • Create clear documentation to outline business processes and requirements, including flow diagrams and user experience flows.
  • Mentor and guide junior Strategy and Execution team members.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and understand client goals.
  • Drive the requirements process, leveraging product expertise to identify valuable business solutions.
  • Partner with client areas to analyze complex business challenges and propose automated solutions.
  • Manage relationships with various stakeholder groups, including global teams and compliance departments.
  • Oversee system administration for HR platforms, ensuring configuration and data quality management.
  • Lead vendor-led releases and system enhancements, including testing and deployment of new features.
  • Assist in breaking down large projects into actionable user stories.
  • Maintain project tracking in Agile management tools.
  • Work with user groups to address inquiries and recommend system improvements.
  • Ensure that cross-functional dependencies are managed effectively to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable solutions that consider global market trends and regulatory impacts.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.

Preferred Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience as an HR Systems analyst, preferably in a global context.
  • Experience with HR systems configuration and support, particularly Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications.
  • Experience with integrations between Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading workshops.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Understanding of HR business processes and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Work Environment:

  • This position supports a hybrid work model.
  • Travel may be required occasionally.
