Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate complex and multifaceted scenarios that require a robust understanding of both domain and technology applications, influencing enterprise-wide technology strategies.
- Serve as a bridge between client areas and technical teams by planning, executing, and finalizing analyses of intricate business challenges to be addressed with automated solutions.
- Champion change initiatives that improve processes and procedures, promoting cost efficiency, procedural effectiveness, and compliance.
- Contribute significantly to the development of strategic business solutions for company-wide technology projects.
- Assess complex business challenges and provide expert knowledge for technology-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify inquiries, evaluate user requirements, and suggest enhancements to processes and automated systems.
- Conduct impact analyses and consider the broader implications of proposed modifications.
- Draft problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans/scripts, and various project documentation.
- Lead the documentation of projects or systems and oversee project timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure consistent communication regarding production issues and system improvements.
- Implement AGILE methodologies to ensure swift delivery of automated solutions in partnership with third-party service providers and Wells Fargo Technology.
- Support the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation in accordance with Wells Fargo policies and guidelines.
- Assist in the Change Control and prioritization processes for primary applications utilized by the Real Estate Valuation Services teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external business partners.
- Facilitate effective communication and information exchange between business and technology teams.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- In-office presence required three days a week.
