Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Coordinator to join our Account Services Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, participating in User Acceptance Testing, and documenting user processes for our policy administration systems and supporting software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between business users and the Information Technology department
  • Engage in professional communication with internal and/or external customers and perform timely follow-up
  • User Acceptance Testing with system enhancements and bugs in applications utilized within Account Services, Corporate Compliance, Claims, and Insurance Underwriting departments with peer review
  • Support maintaining department documentation and knowledge-based articles in a uniform manner
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the department's customer service standards

Requirements:
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook applications
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required while displaying a professional attitude
  • Experience with development and execution of test cases based upon system specification and documentation
  • Insurance Designations a plus
  • Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and technology assets against unauthorized disclosure, destruction, and/or alteration, in accordance with Safety National policies, standards, and procedures
