Job Summary
Chenega Corporation is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients. As a Helpdesk Professional, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing support for computer systems, hardware, and software.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Document customer interactions and technical issues in our incident management system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 1+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
