Job Summary:

As a Service Coordinator at DH Pace, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination of field employees. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage and prioritize tasks to meet customer satisfaction expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate field employee schedules to ensure timely completion of job tickets.
  • Review and manage department reports to guarantee departmental performance meets customer expectations.
  • Assist with billing paperwork and customer billing document requirements.
  • Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met.
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to provide service quotes when required.
  • Provide technical/mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance to field technicians.
  • Ensure accurate work orders and picking lists are provided to the warehouse for inventory pulling.

Requirements:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Background in dispatch or high-volume administration is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
